Launching the growth phase

Today we are going to talk about the growth phase of startups, especially when you go from 10 to 25 employees in a few months. This is one of the missions I just finished with the startup Telaqua. I'm back today to show you the challenges we had, the different steps we went through and how I was able to contribute to the development of this project in good conditions.
